All engagements are subject to third-party availability, institutional approval, organizer discretion, and the participant’s relevance and readiness. While TORO GROUP GLOBAL will use best efforts to support participants with visibility, access, and guidance, all final decisions and outcomes rest solely with external parties (e.g., investors, partners, organizers, regulators).

By participating, you acknowledge and accept that TORO GROUP GLOBAL assumes no liability for any commercial decisions, negotiations, or expectations derived from your involvement, unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract or formal written confirmation. Misinterpretation of the itinerary, offering, or potential results is solely the responsibility of the participant.
